If anyone is really into this sleep stuff I recommend Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar, and Survival by T.S. Wiley. It really digs into the evolutionary development human of circadian rhythm as well as the neurochemical patterns associated with good health. It is fairly science heavy but it is very short. The majority of the book is dedicated to bibliography.
