Membership Hold and Cancellation Policy

All holds and cancellations requests must be submitted to our admin email info@northstar.fit. Emailing will ensure that we see your request and can get back to you in a timely manner!

HOLD POLICY

WE REQUIRE 14 DAYS NOTICE FROM THE START OF THE REQUESTED HOLD, AND THE HOLD MUST BE IN PLACE FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS AND MAXIMUM OF 2 MONTHS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE 14 DAYS NOTICE FROM THE NEXT MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DATE TO CANCEL.
