Membership Hold and Cancellation Policy
All holds and cancellations requests must be submitted to our admin email firstname.lastname@example.org. Emailing will ensure that we see your request and can get back to you in a timely manner!
WE REQUIRE 14 DAYS NOTICE FROM THE START OF THE REQUESTED HOLD, AND THE HOLD MUST BE IN PLACE FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS.
WE REQUIRE 14 DAYS NOTICE FROM THE NEXT MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DATE TO CANCEL.
