Summer 2018 Schedule Update. Starting in June we have consolidated our Gymnastics, Kettlebell and Mobility class into a Single Agatsu Class. There are two time slots currently, Thursday 5PM and Saturday 9AM. Thursday will be more gymnastics Strength with Mobility and Saturday will be Kettlebell Strength and Mobility.
Last week of 6-week strength cycle. Some days have been shuffled around.
Monday: Max effort upper body + push/pull complex
Tuesday: Max effort lower body
Wednesday: gymnastics + cardio
Thursday: Max effort pull + metcon
Friday: Oly + metcon
Saturday: Dynamic effort lower body + metcon
Sunday: Bodyweight + GPP
