Wednesday and Thursday were a bit scary. I remember the first time I came across this stuff. OMG! An other confounding factor working against me. Yikes! Lots to think about. Lets get back to basics. Breathing has such a profound effect on our physiology. Short shallow breathes jack up your fight or flight physiology and deep 360 degree breathes calm your body. Remember the Snickers commercial? Your chemical states matters and affects your perception. So Breathe. Properly.
