PAYTON'S BIO

Payton Pereux is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) Payton provides education and guidance in regard to dietary, supplemental and lifestyle choices in supporting her client’s goals. She specializes in digestive disorders, food sensitivities, and mental health.

Payton’s interest in holistic health began when she experienced a bout of illness within her own life, leading her to draw from many different methods of natural healing to recover and find equilibrium within her own body. One of the most important methods that Payton learned and implemented during this time period was a whole-food, nutrient dense diet alongside targeted nutraceutical supplementation and herbal remedies.

Taking a whole-systems approach to working with clients, Payton understands that no component of health exists in isolation. The nourishment and vitality that we foster as individuals can correspond with our environment, genetics and family history, physical activity levels, diet and so on. While some of these factors we may not always have full control over, Payton emphasizes the power of making conscious choices in the areas that we can to create truly vibrant, resilient and fulfilling lives – with nutrition at the centre!

Your 3 Steps to Success

Step 1

Book a free 15-minute call with me to discuss how I can support you with your health. During this call I can learn more about what your needs are as a potential client, answer any questions that you may have about my packages and services, and we can book our first 75-minute intake session.

Step 2

When you arrive at North Star Fitness, we will take a seat in my office and have an in-depth discussion all about you. We will discuss your current health concerns and goals, your dietary and lifestyle history, and the current state of your emotional wellbeing. My primary goal during an intake session is getting to know you as an individual so that I can get to know your needs and how I can best serve you as a health practitioner.

Step 3

Once we have gotten to know each other better, we will discuss the next steps for moving forward. Moving forward may take the form of following a meal plan that I create for you, applying some simple changes to your diet through the removal or integration of certain foods, and/or working with different nutraceutical and herbal remedies. We may have simply one session together or a series of sessions to achieve your goals for your health, depending on the level of support that you require.
