Meet Dominique, a dedicated personal trainer and coach with a Fitness and Health diploma, complemented by a degree in Recreation Management and Community Development. Dominique's extensive background in the fitness industry began in 2010, including 5 years as a personal trainer, over 8 years as a group fitness coach and 2 years managing a fitness facility. Her wealth of experience and leadership allows her to offer a well-rounded approach to health and fitness, blending individualized training and group dynamics.
Growing up, Dominique was immersed in a world of activities and sports, including in 6 years of competitive gymnastics. This early exposure instilled a passion for movement and wellness, shaping her commitment to a balanced and holistic lifestyle. As a stepmom to 3 incredible kids (who are all under the age of 11) with demanding schedules, Dominique empathizes with the challenges of integrating personal health and fitness into a busy routine. She endeavors to set a positive example for her family, emphasizing the importance of balance in life.
She also offers online training, making fitness accessible to a broader audience.
With a positive, energetic and compassionate demeanor, Dominique believes that movement is a fundamental aspect of life. She is committed to educating her clients on the "why" and the "how" of fitness, while applying and creating healthy habits it to their everyday lives.

Step 1
When you arrive at North Star Fitness, I will give you a tour of our private facility. We will sit down and go over your current lifestyle habits, including nutrition, sleep, stress and exercise history. We will then discuss and explore your overall wellness goals and address possible barriers that are currently preventing you for achieving your goals.
Step 2
I will conduct a movement assessment to better understand what challenges you may be facing and why.
Step 3
I will outline a roadmap designed to help you achieve your goals over the next year with a focus on our 4 pillars of health. This holistic approach focuses on the key components essential to achieving overall wellness, with each building on the other.Let's get started on your fitness and health journey together!
