New this week:
* limited classes next weekend
* schedule changes starting mid November, including Friday evening barbell club moved to the morning, and 11AM class added on Fridays
* we’ll be testing toward the end of this week and into next week, so make sure you are feeling fresh for this and getting lots of rest and eating well.
Programming Preview for this week:
Monday: mostly lower body, deadlift focus
Tuesday: mostly upper body, gymnastics skills
Wednesday: conditioning testing
Thursday: mostly lower body, squat testing, there will be one more chance to test front squat next week if you miss this week
Friday: mostly upper body, weighted pullup testing
