Monday: Barbell Complex & abs

Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, Test max strict pullups or weighted pull-ups

Wednesday: Conditioning, running trials

Thursday: Mostly Lower Body

Friday: Mostly gymnastics, strict K2E
