Side Planks

A. Tall Cleans 5-5-5
B. 5 Snatch Push Press + 5 Overhead Squat x 4 sets (focus is positioning… first 2 OHS are paused at rock bottom each set)
C. 12 rounds on the minute 10 burpees as fast as possible. If you fail to complete within minute, rest a full minute and then attempt again. Continue in this fashion until 12 minutes is complete.
