Burpee Target

Fitness & Performance:
A. 10 rounds for time:
Sled Pull Heavy x 1
Bear Crawl x 1 (there & back)
15 Russian KB Swings (Heavy)
10 Box Jumps

Health:
A. Rotate between the following movements 4 to 5 times, so that you start each one every 2 minutes on a running clock:
Sled Pull Heavy x 1
Bear Crawl x 1 (there & back)
10 Russian KB Swings (Heavy)
10 Russian Step-Ups or 10 Air Squats

Coach’s Tips

Compare this to April 24th, when we did these movements every minute on the minute for 40 minutes i.e. 10 rounds.  The only difference is that this time we are doing all 10 rounds without rest, for time.  Fitness stream, please use (135/90) for the sled pulls, 24/20 for the box jumps, and Russian swings with 70/55lbs.  Performance, please use (185/135) for the sled pulls, 30/24 for the box jumps and do Overhead swings (as mobility permits) with 70/55lbs.
