Congrats to all who ran in the Great Grain Relay. I bit late, but better late then never. Here are the results, 3 of our 4 teams came home with medals, including:
CrossFit – 3rd Place in Friends and Neighbours Male
Lactic Acid Trip – 2nd Place in Friends and Neighbours Mixed
CrossFit Winnipeg Women – 1st Place in Friends and Neighbours Female
