* Michelle M. has booked the Max Bell Track at U of M from 3:00-4:00 on Sunday January 30th. The idea is to run intervals to get ready for the Great Grain Exchange, but others are welcome to come and run if interested. Michelle will take care of the booking and we will share the cost, which will depend on how many people show up. The drop in is $9, and as long as we have more than 6 people, the cost will be reduced even more, so expect around $5 if we can get a dozen of us out there.
