30 seconds Bench Press, 135/85 # (in large classes, some will do paralette shoot-throughs)
30 seconds rest
30 seconds KBS, heavy unbroken
30 seconds rest
+ (no rest)
5 sets:
30 seconds hang power clean, 135/85#
30 seconds rest
30 seconds Push Ups
30 seconds rest
+ (rest 5:00)
5 sets:
30 seconds knees to elbows
30 seconds rest
30 seconds double unders
30 seconds rest

Intergalactics:
3 sets of each part with 15 second work, 10 second rest, 20 second work, 135s rest… Rest til Saturday.

*Hey everybody,  just a little reminder that on February 21st (Louis-Riel Day), the gym will be closed, except for a team workout at 9AM.  Come out to meet other CFW members and have a great “Festival du Voyageur” style workout.
