8 sets of 2 squats at 10X1 at 50% 1 RM… focus on speed!… rest 45s between sets.
7 sets of:
20 unbroken fast air squats
20 sec rowing sprint
90 sec rest
The after pics for the Real Food Challenge are looking pretty good. And I’m pretty sure it’s all real, none of this stuff. We’ll be announcing the top 3 guys and top 3 girls this week. In other news, we’ve arrange to get some grass fed meat delivered right to the gym. Other events lined up include a talk on food allergies, which will be given as part of the naturopathic medicine week in May and some cooking lessons by the Fridge Fairy. I’ll post some details tomorrow.
