I’ve been having the hardest time accessing the website over the last couple of days. It’s been painfully slow so I’m sorry about the boring posts and no pictures. In any case, I’d like to present the Real Food Recipe Book, compiled in this neat little package by our very own Mandy. It’s a great resource and I’ve also posted it on our Nutrition Page for future reference. I’ve also started a thread on the CrossFit Winnipeg Facebook Fan Page so that you can share recipes there. I’ve also changed settings so that all members can post photos, start threads and post links. Enjoy!
