- Snatch – 60% x 3 x 3
- Power Clean 1-1-1-1 (all sets at >90% of 1RM)
- With 2 dbs totaling 50% BW do 3 rounds for time:
10 squat cleans
100 yard farmers walk
2 Turkish get-ups (1 per side, use only 1 of your dbs)
