Great job this past weekend!! A few of you have asked when you should get back to training. I would strongly recommend resting until at least Saturday. If you train anything, train your mobility. Enjoy a week of rest. Get some massage work done if you can. And then, when you’re feeling good again, let’s get on with training for opens! (The next couple weeks of training are gonna be rough, so, seriously, you should take some time to recover before that starts up).
