Double Unders

Today is a rest day for 3/1 athletes.

5 rounds for time. You choose weight.

6 Deadlift
6 Bent row
6 Hang power clean
6 Thrusters
6 Push-ups (hands on bar)

3/1 athletes… train hard for next 3 days, then take 2 days off. We’ll do 2 more cycles of 3/1 and 2 cycles of 1/1 and then compete! Double day on Dec 30. Double day for Jan 3 has been canceled.
