In 10:00, build to a 2RM Overhead Squat (beg) or Snatch Balance (int/adv)
4 rounds of 3 reps of each with 90s rest b/t exercises:
Snatch Grip Deadlift… pause for 2 seconds at bottom (hold bottom position)
Snatch Grip High Pull… pause for 2 seconds between reps
Focus is on technique… increase weight each round.
Run 400m for time
