Harvey at the PCFC in Saskatoon

A. Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
+
Sprint to the trailer and back
20 Burpees
Sprint to the trailer and back
15 Burpees
Sprint to the trailer and back
10 Burpees
Sprint to the trailer and back
5 Burpees
Sprint to the trailer and back

+

B. Split Squat 3 x 6-8 reps/leg @ 3010; rest 60s b/t legs

{SPLIT SQUAT EXEMPT}
Instead of split squats do Bench Press 3 x 5 @ 76.5% of 1RM (I know… bp after burpees? not traditional, but this should be easy anyway)
