Val does burpees

A. Squat 3 x 5 reps (increase up to 5#)
B. Split Squat 10-12/leg x 3 sets @ 3010; rest 60s b/t legs
C1. Barbell Good morning 12 reps x 3 sets @ 20X1; rest 60s
C2. Hanging leg raise 10-15 reps x 3 sets; rest 60s

Bench press 3×5 for split squat exempt.


* We will be donating the contents of the lost and found box to goodwill next Friday, November 5th, so if you’ve lost anything please check the box next time you come in.

* We are also cleaning up the table at the entrance of the gym where the first aid supplies and water bottles are kept.  If you would like to store your water bottle there, please label it clearly with your name.  Any water bottle without a label will be donated or thrown away on November 5th.

* We have a black windproof jacket that has been around the gym for a few months.  It appears to be a high quality running jacket.  Please let us know if you have lost your jacket.
