A. Starting @ 65% of max clean, perform 1 squat clean on the minute; add 10#/5# to bar every minute as long as you can.

B. Using the weight you finished with in part A, Deadlift it on the minute for 2 reps every minute; add 20#/15# to barbell per minute as long as you can.
rest 5 min
C. 20 challenging handstand pushups; one rep every 30 seconds.
