20 db snatch alternating (35/25)

B. 5-6 sets not for time:
6-8 steps db walking lunges
6-8 db snatch alternating

Performance:
A. Hang Clean; 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1
B. 5 Round for time:
20 DB walking lunges (55/35 per hand)
20 db snatch alternating (55/35)

Coach’s Tips

For Part A, you may do hang power cleans or hang squat cleans, the coach can give you some recommendations and if you are new to this movement, they may suggest a different assistance exercise and a different rep scheme.  If doing this as Rx, please note that each “wave” should be heavier than the last. For Part B, we want a pretty good pace on this, as a sprint, so choose your loads accordingly.
