Workout of the Day
Three rounds for time:
Run 7 lengths of matting (hand touches floor at each end); rest
500m row; rest
70 Tire “step-ups” while hugging a medicine ball; rest
For each rest, rest the same amount of time as it took you to complete the previous activity.
A tire step-up does not require full ext. of knees and hips. Just need to have both feet touch the top of the tire for each rep.
