Great work on all those November personal bests!

A1. Pulling work… choose a gymnastics pulling modality according to your goals and do 5 work sets… examples are:
– pull-up negatives
– kipping technique
– chest to bar pullups (set a goal to accomplish for all 5 sets)
– muscle-up pull technique
– rope climb
– rope climb from seated
A2. Quadraped movements 3 lengths of each of 5 styles (slow, normal, fast) for each
B. 2 minutes of L-sit in as few sets as possible
C. 10 minute squat and/or mobility work
