This workout is in honour of Coach Nicole, who is off to Edmonton at the end of the week.  It’s hard to imagine CFW without Nicole.  In the short time since she first joined CFW as part of the On Ramp, Nicole has become a role model, an inspiration, a friend, an amazing athlete and a dedicated coach.  Thank you for being you, Nicole…
