after rowing sprints

3 sets:

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

9 Ring Dips (scale to 9 DB Bench Press… make it hard!)

1 DL – 90% 1RM

Rest 10 min after each set

If you worked out on Monday, do 1 moderately heavy power clean (75%ish) instead of deadlift.

Saturday is a double/triple for Saskatchewan-bound athletes (it is possible to do two wods in 1 session + one later, but I’d prefer that you do wod 1 at 8, wod 2 at 10 and wod 3 later in the day to practice fueling).
