30 sec amrap burpees – little jump

Wednesday

take some well-deserved time off! get some massage work, enjoy some leisurely walks outside, reflect on the CF Opens experience, come back fresh and ready to get stronger. I suggest resuming training 2 on/1 off/1 on/1 off beginning May 5.
