A while back, one of our members asked about how to get your Omega-3’s when you have fish allergies. So I found this post from Mark’s Daily Apple on the subject. To summarize:
- decrease omega-6 fatty acid intake
- get more omega-3 fatty acids from non fish sources, particularly wild and grass fed meats
- find an algae based vegetarian DHA supplement
