Teens Fitness Classes at Northstar Fitness

Group Fitness Classes for 10-16 Year Olds

Get stronger, faster and improve cardiovascular conditioning this summer at Northstar Fitness. Expect fun, challenging workouts led by experienced coaches. Each 60-minute session includes a warm-up, skill or strength session and high-intensity workout. Our summer session runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings from July 7 – August 13th.
