Group Fitness Classes for 10-14 Year Olds

CrossFit Teens is a great way to get stronger, faster and improve cardiovascular conditioning. Expect fun, challenging workouts led by experienced coaches. Each 60-minute session includes a warm-up, skill or strength session and high-intensity workout.

Mondays: 7:15pm – 8:15pm | Wednesdays: 7:15pm – 8:15pm
