Teens Fitness Bootcamp for 14-16 Year Olds

Teens Fitness Bootcamp is the perfect place to gain strength and confidence in a safe, fun setting. Teens (14-16 years old) will learn the basics of barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells, and take part in challenging workouts that are scalable for all levels and abilities.

Each 60-minute class incorporates strength and conditioning drills led by experienced CrossFit Winnipeg trainers. In addition to your kid learning fun new skills, you’ll notice improvements in speed, strength, power, agility, flexibility and stamina. Even better, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities.
