Halloween Workout: Wear your costume to the gym on Sunday!

A. Tall Snatch 5-5-5
B. High hang snatch + hang snatch + snatch 1.1.1 x 5 sets
How far can you go with ****NO STOPPING, SLOWING or PAUSING**** (not in the reps; not in the walk)?
Set up at one end of the gym. Do 1 burpee.
Walk to the other side of the gym. Do 2 burpees.
Walk back. Do 3 burpees.
So on, so forth.
(optional… play with Skin the Cats… 3-5 reps as slow as possible with legs as straight as possible x 3 sets)
