It’s Sunday, which means Barbell Club at noon! But this also means that for the regular classes, you can make up a workout you missed from this week’s programming, work on skills, or do this week’s benchmark:
Five rounds, each for time, of:
5 Power cleans (135/95)
10 Front squats (135/95)
5 Jerks (135/95)
10 strict Pull-ups
Rest 90 seconds
If you choose this, please scale so that you can do at least the first round unbroken, without putting the bar down. Please also note that in the interest of achieving the goals of this programming cycle i.e. strength, we’ve adapted this workout to be strict pullups rather than kipping. Enjoy!
