Double Unders

A. Snatch Grip Push Press + Overhead Squat 5.5 x 3 sets (5 reps of SGPP then 5 OHS)… first 2 overhead squats with 2-3 second pause at bottom.
B. Hang snatch + snatch 1.1 x 7 sets
C. 75 box jumps for time – 30″/24″
