Sunday means your choice: make up a workout you missed from this week’s group programming, including testing your front squat or your push press, working on skills, or doing this week’s benchmark “Helen”.

Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
If you choose to do Helen, the 400M run will be twice around the building (this is actually a bit more than 200M per lap but should work fine for our purposes.)
