Today, you can choose to come in and work on skills, do a workout you missed from this week’s group programming, or do the benchmark.
Set up before a clock, and every minute on the minute perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete. You can also modify the reps so that you can finish a round every minute, such as 3 pull-ups, 6 pushups, 9 squats. Ring rows are a good modification for this workout because you don’t want to lose too much time getting on and off the pull-up bar and out of a band. If you are planning to come in on Monday for the WOD, come in with the understand that doing Chelsea on Sunday will likely affect your front squat performance on Monday.
