6 Squat cleans (120#/65#)
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders
Teams will be announced onsite. Individual scores will be added to the team total.
If there are enough participants we will have a scaled division and an Rx’d division.
Please note that Sunday Morning classes will be replaced by a Team workout at 10AM for the summer. Unless otherwise noted, please meet at the gym at 10AM. The Sunday morning team workout will count as a regular class for your membership.
