I’m listing the priority for the day, even though there may be other elements to the workout. e.g. even though the priority for the day is strength, there is usually a shorter conditioning workout or some accessory or skill work.

Monday: Lower Body Strength

Tuesday: Upper Body Strength

Wednesday: Oly

Thursday: Lower Body Strength

Friday: Conditioning

Saturday: Full Body/Conditioning
