A. Hang Snatch from Knee . Snatch Balance . Overhead Squat 1.2.3 x 5 sets; rest 180s
B. Snatch Lift Off . Snatch Deadlift 3.3  x 3 sets; rest 120s
C. Front Squat 80% x 5 reps x 4 sets; rest 120s

20 KB Goblet Squats
30 Push-ups

Two items for housekeeping:

(1) We originally wanted to do a team workout on Easter Monday, but apparently almost everyone has Good Friday off, so do you prefer we have the Team workout on the Friday instead of the Monday?  Please post to comments and we will update as necessary.

(2) Many of you can’t make it to our first nutrition discussion group, planed for April 14th.  If we switch it to April 21st, which is the Thursday before Easter, would that be better?  Please post to comments and we’ll reschedule according to your preference.
