Please post your daily food log and point total for Wednesday to the comments section below. A few members have posted their food intake in the comments for the workout of the day, this is ok but to make it easier to find it you’ll want to post your food intake for Tuesday under comments for the “Spring Leaning Challenge Day 2” and post your Wednesday food under this post. This means that you may need to scroll down a bit if you want to post for yesterday’s food.
This week’s theme is getting in the right mindset for success in the challenge.
Your daily bonus challenge for Wednesday, April 16th is to clean out your fridge and pantry if you haven’t already. If you’ve already done this, give yourself a bonus point for Wednesday. Remove ALL non-Paleo foods like pasta, rice, crackers, cereal, flour, sugar, milk, juices, dressings, and jams! Give these foods to non-Paleo friends or, if unopened, to your local food bank. It’s best not to have tempting food in the house, especially when you first begin. Here are some links to help you out with this.
