Instructions for measuring your waist to hip ratio at home. We also recommend photos front, side and back for you own benefit. Please also do 5 min AMRAP burpees at some point this week. If 5 minutes is to long, do 3 minutes, but make sure you repeat the same test at the end of the challenge, under the same conditions.
