Today is officially the last day of the challenge. If you did the All In, please make arrangements to get your final measurements done by contacting reception or Tania directly. If you did the Get On Track Challenge, please remit your point scoresheet and start planning for the Potluck on Friday.
We hope that you will be able to take what you have learned during the challenge into the rest of your life. One thing that I’ve heard participants say over and over is that they feel that they can sustain this, except for occasional weekend treats! Now that the challenge is over, it’s up to you to decide what’s next. You might decide to reintroduce some of the ‘banned’ foods. If you do so, remember to do it one food at a time so that you can see how you body reacts. Be honest with yourself about whether your body really thrives on this food.
