Your daily bonus challenge is to look at your own health history and your family’s health history. If there are any autoimmune conditions, such as Chron’s disease, Celiac disease, Ulcerative Colitis, IBD, IBS, Lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Interstitial cystitis, Multiple Sclerosis, some even say depression is auto-immune, try cutting out nightshades, nuts and eggs for the coming week to see if you feel better.
