This week’s theme is eating right.
Your daily bonus challenge is to look at your food intake for the past few weeks, and look at whether you tend to always eat the same foods. From there, make a shopping list (for your next shopping trip), that does not include the foods that you tend to be your go-to foods. The idea is to rotate your foods so that you can avoid developping food sensitivities and allergies. This strategy also helps to ensure that you are getting a variety of micro-nutrients in your diet.
