Your daily bonus challenge is to make a commitment to your Vitamin D status. During the summer, this is as simple as spending time outdoors. If you already have an appointment for your next physical, remember to ask them to test your Vitamin D when they do the bloodwork. If you don’t have a physical scheduled, call your doctor and make the appointment. Make sure you ask for bloodwork including Vitamin D levels.
