25 Ring Dips

35 GHD Sit-ups

45 Double Unders

Saskatchewan-Bound Athletes

Session 1

For time:
Row 500m
20 Push-up Burpees
Row 500m
Rest 3+ hr

Session 2

1 hour to complete from beginning of warm-up

For highest load in barbell complex:
1 Power Clean
2 Hang Squat Clean
3 Push Jerk
4 Thruster

Rest as needed

Rest 3 + hrs
