It is science Saturday! There is no pressure to read this stuff but for geeks like my self I need to know why not getting enough sleep is bad. Here is a great pdf on how Poor Sleep can Wreck your Metabolism.

Plan out some time to simply laugh. You can watch a funny television show, listen to a comedy routine or go out with friends.  The only catch is that you must actually plan this fun and then follow through.
