Programming Update
Next week will begin the final 3 weeks of our strength-bias phase. I’ve shaken things up a bit more this time round to accommodate a different stimulus and a whole different feel. The basics of squatting, pressing and deadlifting will be complemented by some technique and position work in the oly lifts and basic gymnastics as well as a bit more interval conditioning.
M: squat, press, pullup
T/W: oly tech + interval
Thur: deadlift
Fri: gymnastics (esp. handstands)
Sat: squat, press, pullup
Sun: oly tech + ring strength + interval

* We have decided on a date for our in house CrossFit competition. Mark your calendars for Saturday, January 15th, 2010. We need your help, we would like to tap into our membership’s creative genius to come up with a name for the competition. We were thinking something winter themed but it’s up to you. Post your ideas to the comments on the Competition Page. If we pick your name for the competition, CFW will pay your entry fee for the competition.
