TODAY WILL RUN “OPEN GYM” STYLE, BUT PLEASE SIGN UP FOR A TIME SLOT THAT GENERALLY REPRESENTS WHEN YOU WILL BE DOING YOUR WORKOUT. YOU HAVE 60 MINUTES TO COMPLETE WORKOUT AFTER FIRST SET OF FRONT SQUATS.
