Session 1 for Saskatchewan athletes:
1000m Row @ 50%, 90%, 95%, 95%, rest 5 min between sets

Rest 4-6 hours

Workout of the day (PM session for Saskatchewan athletes)

Pre – practice 20 m sprints – starting position/take-off/position – 10 min, build intensity

+

2 sets:

Run 1000m @ 50%
Run 1600m @ 75%
Run 400m @ 90%
Run 400m @ 95%

Walk 15 min
